Here is a NADAC style jumpers course with all jumps replaced with hoops. If you want to run it as a full course, you can choose between open and elite level, but the intent is really to practice segments/patterns

How do you go from 19 to 20? Did I miss something, for it looks like it may be a long way away from 19 to get over to 20 with all the other hoops, and not one to go through. Just need a little guidance here. Thanks

There are two courses in this diagram. The open level uses the light circle numbers and go from 1 to 19. The elite level has 22 obstacles, but #1-#15 are identical for both levels. The only difference is that in open, you go directly from #15 to the tunnel. In elite, you do the extra loop of 3 hoops before going in to the tunnel. The black circles represent the elite course for the part of the course that differs between the two levels. There is a distance of 20 feet between the #19 tunnel and the #20 hoop.
